Today, an easy recipe that’s gonna change your life! Why? There is a secret ingredient that brings the Asian flavors of the sauce to a new level !
The secret is wild mushrooms from Quebec! I take the Morille Québec forest mix. You can also take those of your harvest if you are cooler than me and you managed to make a nice harvest in 2018 to the point that you still have some today!
1 cup dehydrated mushrooms forest mix
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon grated or thinly sliced ginger
1/2 fresh chili or 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice or plum vinegar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1. In the blender or coffee grinder, mix the dehydrated mushrooms to obtain a powder.
2. Add all the other ingredients to the blender and mix to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
3. To serve, cook tofu or pork in a pan. Then add the sauce and bring to a boil. Place on rice, garnish with green onions, avocado and cucumber.
4. Use the #Petitebleuette if you cook the recipe! 🙂
