For those who follow me and know me, you know my love for bowls filled with vegetables and protein! I eat it every week and it forces me to get creative so that it does not become boring. This sauce is the fruit of this creativity. Give a little pause to Asian sauces and spicy mayonnaise. Try this yogurt sauce in your next bowls featuring tofu or fish!
For 2 bowls
1 cup of yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
The zest of half an orange
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon of honey
A pinch of salt
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well!
2. Serve as a side dish in your vegetable bowls or as a sauce for your pokes!
