There is nothing better than a hot chocolate on a cool June night when you come back from a hike!
For 4 hot chocolate
1 cup dark chocolate
1 liter of water or milk
1/4 cup of sugar
3 cloves of cardamom
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 branch of 10 cm fir or spruce picked locally
1. In a saucepan on the fire grill, add water, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon. Simmer until the chocolate and sugar are completely melted and mixed well with the liquid.
2. Add the tree branch and simmer for 30 seconds. Remove the branch and spices.
3. Serve with a marshmallow.
4. Use #Petitebleuette if you make the recipe! 🙂
